This is a simple 3-step Heart Flower Breath Meditation you can do when you first wake up in the morning that places you in your heart center to start the day. Try to not only SEE the flower expanding but FEEL it expanding. Allow a feeling of peace and calm to wash over you as a result!

This is a simple presence practice for reconnecting with your heart space before the day begins.

  1. Visualize a closed lotus flower anchored on top of your chest.
  2. Breathe in slowly through your heart space and visualize this flower begin to open as fresh oxygen fills your lungs.
  3. Breathe out slowly and visualize the flower continue to open until fully bloomed. I like to add a white or golden light in the center of the flower.

Do this as many times as you wish until you feel peaceful and charged for the day.
